We print most Tee Xpress products to order and take care to prepare every item before dispatch.

Delivery destinations

We currently deliver to addresses available at checkout. Delivery charges and available services are shown before you pay.

Processing and dispatch

Your order confirmation will show the details of your purchase. Because personalised and printed products are made especially for you, preparation time can vary. We will send a dispatch confirmation when your order is on its way, with tracking details where the delivery service provides them.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after dispatch and are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Weekends, bank holidays, severe weather and courier delays can affect delivery times.

Check your address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot an error. We cannot guarantee changes after production or dispatch has started.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order is late, please first check any tracking information and the delivery address on your confirmation. If it has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated date, or it arrives damaged, email info@teexpress.co.uk with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate and put things right.
